With over 24 years of experience, I have had exposure to all aspects of labor, employment, civil rights, disciplinary proceedings and ADR: -20 + years of knowledge of civil service law ; -20 + years of experience in executive counseling and coaching; -20 + years of experience developing customized training modules (i.e. DEI, sexual harassment, domestic violence, reasonable accommodations, retaliation, and conducting investigations); -20 + years of experience in ADR; -11 + years of litigation experience (successful outcomes in state, SDNY, EDNY and 2d Circuit); -5+ years of experience conducting workforce analysis and reporting (i.e. USDOL and NYSDOL ); and -5+ years with 1983 and disciplinary cases. I obtained my law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
